These Terms govern your access to and use of SermonReflect (the "Service") on web and mobile. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Trials, subscriptions, and billing
We offer subscription plans that unlock additional features. Trials may be provided with limited duration and usage. Pricing, billing cycles, renewals, and cancellations are displayed at the time of purchase and are managed through your payment provider.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the sermons, notes, and materials you upload ("User Content"). You grant SermonReflect a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Attempt to access or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or other users.
- Misrepresent AI output as authoritative pastoral or legal advice.
5. AI-generated materials
The Service uses AI to generate summaries, devotionals, and study guides. AI output is provided for devotional and informational purposes only. You are responsible for how you use or share generated content.
6. Changes to the Service
We may update or improve features over time. We may add, modify, or remove features to keep the Service aligned with our mission and technical requirements.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SermonReflect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SermonReflect harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
