SermonReflect ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our web and mobile applications.

1. Information we collect

  • Sermon audio, notes, transcripts, and metadata you upload.
  • Preferences and settings that shape your experience.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data such as features used and pages viewed.
  • Device and browser information, app version, and diagnostics.
  • Log data for security and troubleshooting.

2. How we use your information

We use the information collected to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Process sermons into study materials using AI.
  • Manage your account and subscription.
  • Personalize your Daily Focus and Journey experience.
  • Communicate updates, security notices, and support messages.

3. AI processing

We use AI services to transcribe sermons and generate devotional materials. Your content is processed only to deliver the Service and is not used to train public AI models.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers that help us operate the Service (hosting, analytics, AI processing).
  • Payment processors when you purchase a subscription.
  • Law enforcement or regulators if required by law.
  • Acquirers if the business is involved in a merger or asset sale.

5. Data storage and security

We use secure cloud infrastructure and industry-standard protections, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

6. Data retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can delete your account to remove your data, subject to legal and billing retention requirements.

7. Your choices and rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information by:

  • Using account settings in the app to delete your account.
  • Emailing us at harvestandhopeco@gmail.com with your request.

8. Account deletion

You can delete your account and associated data at any time.

Delete via the app

  1. Open the SermonReflect app.
  2. Go to Settings and select Account.
  3. Choose "Delete Account" and confirm.
  4. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Delete via email request

Email harvestandhopeco@gmail.com with your account email address and the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will process requests within 7 business days.

Upon deletion, we remove your account details, uploaded sermons, transcripts, and generated content.

9. Children's privacy

SermonReflect is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

10. International data transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the Service or via email.
